The NJM2893 is a 3-channel low dropout voltage regulator featuring a low noise, high precision of µ1.0%, high ripple rejection ratio of 75dB, and 100mA output current (all outputs).
The NJM2893 has an ON/OFF function which reduces the quiescent current on stand-by mode. It is available in a small and thin surface mount 8-lead MSOP (TVSP) package, and it can use ceramic capacitor of 1µF as an output capacitor.
