The NJW1298 is an 8-channel electronic volume control IC with input selector. It includes a 13-in 4-out stereo audio selector, REC Output and multi-channel inputs and provide low noise and low distortion characteristics through a resistance ladder circuit.
All of the functions are controlled via a three-wired serial bus. A selectable 2-chip address is available for using two chips on same serial bus line.
The NJW1298 is suitable for multi-channel audio systems such as AV amplifiers, DVD receivers, and other products.
