The NJW4152 is a buck converter with 40V/1A or 40V/600mA MOSFET. It corresponds to high oscillating frequency, and a low ESR Output Capacitor(MLCC) within a wide input range, from 4.6V to 40V. Therefore, the NJW4152 can realize the downsizing of an application with a few external parts.
